ARTICLE 3: Access to the site The site is accessible from any location, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day except in cases of force majeure, scheduled or unplanned interruption which may result from a need for maintenance. In the event of modification, interruption or suspension of services, the site www.hoteloceanic.paris cannot be held responsible.

ARTICLE 4: Data collection The site ensures that the User collects and processes personal information while respecting privacy in accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms. ARTICLE 6: Intellectual property Any use, reproduction, distribution, marketing, modification of all or part of the site www.hoteloceanic.paris , without authorization from the Publisher is prohibited and may result in legal actions and proceedings as provided for in the Intellectual Property Code and the Civil Code.

ARTICLE 7: Welcoming people with reduced mobility The reception and lounge of the Océanic hotel are accessible to people with reduced mobility. The elevator and the rooms are unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

ARTICLE 8: Pets For hygiene reasons, the Hôtel Océanic does not accept pets.

ARTICLE 9: Reservation conditions and prices

In the case of accommodation services (reservation of rooms in an establishment or other types of accommodation), customers are reminded that they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, and this in accordance with article L. 221-28 paragraph 12 of the French Consumer Code, which excludes this right for contracts relating to the provision of accommodation services which must be supplied on a specific date or at a specific time.

For each service reservation, the Special Conditions specify the cancellation and/or modification terms.

NON-REFUNDABLE RATE CONDITIONS:

The reservation made is neither cancelable, nor refundable, nor modifiable, nor transferable, whatever the events or circumstances with the exception of the application of article 1218 of the civil code: force majeure Covid 19 or any illness, flight cancellation by an airline, or any circumstances emanating directly from a third party (transport company, visa, etc.) does not allow force majeure to occur. The total amount of the reservation (including supplements) is payable online in 3d secure.

A pre-authorization with pin of a fixed amount of 100 euros will be made on a credit card at the time of check-in.

No change to the date of stay or no refund can be made. In the event of a “No Show” or cancellation, a penalty of the total amount of the reservation will be due without possibility of refund. To assert your rights with your insurance in the event of a no-show or cancellation with costs, an invoice can be sent to you on request to the email address reception@hoteloceanic.paris

REFUNDABLE RATE CONDITIONS:

The customer may cancel their reservation without penalty up to 2 days before the day of arrival (00h). In the event of non-compliance with the cancellation conditions above, a “late cancellation” penalty of the amount of the first night will be due.

A pre-authorization of a amount of 3 nights maximum will be made on a credit card at the time of booking.

In the event of a “No Show” (no show without cancellation) a “No Show” penalty of the total amount of the reservation will be due. To assert your rights with your insurance in the event of a no-show or cancellation with costs, an invoice can be sent to you on request to the email address reception@hoteloceanic.paris The total amount of the stay, tourist taxes included, will be payable on arrival (at check-in)

 The tourist tax applicable on January 1, 2025 is not included in the displayed rate payable on arrival (at check-in): 5,53 euros / adult / night, free for children (-18 years old)

INFORMATION: Check-in: 2 p.m. Check-out: 11 a.m., in the event of non-compliance with the departure time a one-night penalty may be applied. Floors 1,2,3,4 and 5 are accessible by elevator. The 6th floor is not accessible by elevator.

ARTICLE 10: Ban on smoking The Océanic hotel is a completely non-smoking establishment. The Océanic Hotel may request financial compensation from customers who do not respect this ban in addition to the fine defined by law. Smoking in a place for collective use outside the area reserved for this purpose is punishable by a fine of up to €450. Vaping in a place for collective use is punishable by a fine of up to €150.
